I didn't find "Forward as Attachment" in gmail.

Is that feature missing?

It would help if you gave a few small details - like

OS (windows 3.1?)
Browser (Netscape1??)
email application (Outlook 2003??)

Yes it is missing.

Assuming you are asking the same question which Alex asked in early
October; you can't forward mails as attachments from gmail.

Tell me why you want to do that, what you are trying to do. Maybe you
can accomplish your same purpose another way.

You /can/ access what gmail calls 'show original' - which is the
complete headers plus unrendered html - which is the equivalent of what
/would be/ forwarded as an attachment. That show original is what is
typically sent in an inline condition, not as an attachment, to abuse
desks or others who need what I call the 'smtp mime'. In gmail you
would open the item, select 'show options' and in the options is 'show
original'. If you are submitting to spamcop, a service which wants spam
submitted as 'forward as attachment' to the submit email address you can
paste that 'original' into the spamcop webparser instead of submitting
by email.

If you would change the way you do things, you might be happier with how
you can do them.

For example, if you interact in newsgroups with an nntp newsagent
instead of google groups, you can handle your newsreading differently.

If you would pop your mail from gmail into a mail useragent instead of
reading it in gmail, you could forward it as an attachment, if you
choose a mailuser agent which can do that. You can also forward your
gmail to another account, which if popped to the mailuser agent would be
able to foward as attachment.
