- Homepage Corruption

My homepage keeps being replaced with one with the title "about:blank". It
has a search box, plus the opportunity to "uninstall homepage", which links
to adverts for spyware removers. As soon as I change it, via Internet Tools,
it comes back. I've used up to date Adaware, Spybot, NAV and checked the
start list with msconfig to try and find and eliminate the rogue file, with
no luck. Any ideas?
