How do i remove this file.

My brother got my comp filled with a load of spyware and viruses that manage
to store them selves on a hidden directory on my comp. I am running Windows
XP sp2 on MSI MotherBoard. I have Mcafee AV, Spyware and Firewall.

The application that seems to have got on to my comp is stored in the
directory
C:\WINDOWS\system32\dsupcont.exe
But if you check the sytem32 folder this does not exist, as well as if you
scan the disk for this application the computer cannot find it.
If you check in the task manager its not running and if you check msconfig
its not under startup or services tab.
Its not in any of the run directorys on the registry and not in any startup
folders on windows.
And if i run a virus or spyware scan nothing is showing to be on my system.
The only reason i know its on my computer is that the firewall will detect
it try to make outbound acess and prompt me to stop it or allow it to access
the net, it also shows me the directory on my comp as to where tha
application is. But if you check there it does not exist. And i cant find
anything to do with it on my pc anywere

Does any one know what this file is and how i can get it off my system.
Thank you.

In news:Msnef.6804$6A4.5657@fe1.news.blueyonder.co.uk ,
pete <imthefokker@blueyonder.co.uk> rambled on about something in a strange,
yet soulful manner:
open a folder, tools, folder options, view (tab), check show hidden files
and folders, untick hide protected operating system files, apply ok.

then try to find it.

Run a virus and spyware scan in Safe Mode also. Restart your system and
press F8. Choose Safe Mode and then run your scans. This allows your apps to
remove things that would be running under normal windows and therefore
inaccessable.
