How do I setup and use a free anonymous or transparent proxy server on
the Web with my Smoothwall 2.0 hardware firewall and Firefox 1.5?

I can use step by step instructions.

Also, how do I tell how fast and reliable one such proxy server is over
another so it won't slow my surfing etc, and how do I make using it
even more secure?
