How to midi out from Sound Card?

How to midi out from Sound Card?: Posted by Mac Lynch on January 18th, 2004; Kia Ora.
Can anyone help to change sound card midi output to keyboard from internal
sound sequencer using Windows XP. I can use the command for windows 98SE OK,
but my friend has Windows XP & I would like to advise him.
