how can i make my IE start automaticaly when I start my isp

Start IE, and it should bring up your ISP automatically - in other words,
you have it backwards. If the dialup login screen doesn't start when you
open IE, click on Tools, Internet Options, Connections tab, and fix the
settings there: set a connection as default, and tell the computer to
"Always dial...".
