I'm going to say that the subject is about not wanting to use that
helpdesk, and the body is about that helpdesk not understanding, as in
'catch on'. Like, I'm not going to use that/the helpdesk (I can't use
the helpdesk) they (the helpdesk) don't understand (what I'm talking
about or such).
The connectivity provider is wanadoo.nl which I guess is orange.nl now

And then of course I must give my lecture about how the content of the
subject does not substitute for making a 'complete' body. In any
language.
