I've got a puzzle for you and it's doing my head in.
Posted by Peter B on January 9th, 2004

Here's the story.

I was bored and was searching on the net for different sites when I found
this one http://www.hack.net/. The page loads with a picture of an insect
and a counter. If you scroll down there is a hidden link on the left hand
side of the page, if you highlight the whole page you will see it right at
the bottom.

When you click the link it takes you to this page http://www.ninebows.com/.
Where there is 16 binary numbers that when converted into hex and compared
to ASCII spell PLS GET /TWO (Please get /two).

If you enter /two after the second address (http://www.ninebows.com/two) it
loads another page with the following text only: 27 26 30+3 11+1 15 22+1
23-1 23-1 22-2 and that's it. Well now I'm stumped. I cant figure it out.

Any ideas?

Peter

Peter B came up with this:

It's a site you are supposed to "hack", I'll give it a try later tonight.
Another, similar, good one is http://www.hackthissite.org on which I
managed to get to level 7. Take a look for yourself, I found it really
entertaining and educational.

I know that, but have you any idea what this could mean?

27 26 30+3 11+1 15 22+1 23-1 23-1 22-2

Peter B came up with this:

See it as an IQ test. You'll need to *see* the logic in it and make your
conclusions accordingly. Like I said before, I'll look into it more
deeply later tonight when I had dinner and some wine. I'll share my
findings here.

I'm not sure where your string of numbers came from...

In ASCII, it says "pls get /two"

Wonder what that means...
