- Management Procedures

Hi All
I have just been appointed as IT manager of a medium size firm. I have been
asked to create a set of procedures and "do's and don'ts" for staff when
using email, internet etc, as well as things like disaster recovery etc.
Does anybody have a set of company procedures which I can modify for my
purposes? I havn't got a clue where to start.

How much you offering per hour to write them?
Seriously buy a set of 'Quality System' standards (ISO 9000 series I think)
and use them as a model.
Gotta be quite blunt, modifying someone elses 'procedures' will take as
long if not longer than starting from scratch. Once you change one thing to
suit your company, everything else has to change as well.
