- Posted by johnny8977 on June 26th, 2004
I was wondering if anyone could help.
All of a sudden my Media Player has stopped working. When I try to open mpeg
or mp3 files normally associated with media player, nothing happens. If I
try to open Media Player direct it also doesn't open.
This has happens suddenly a few days ago.
i run Win XP home and have Media Player 8. I have run Ad Aware and anti
virus TNA.
Any ideas welcome.

I will try to help. Go to the help menu, System Restore, Set a Restore
Point back a month or so. Click above the calendar, on the back arrow.
Hilight a date.
