Micro$oft + Plato (again).

The www.msn.com IE 6 home page hijack re-appeared. I tried Bazooka to
find the source. The only thing it reported was a GUID entry in Media
Player 9 (off the "free" CD). There is a preference option to uncheck the
GUID, but when I looked, it was not checked in the first place. I had to go
to regedit to remove the offending statement which is apparently installed
by default. Now my home page is no longer (at present) hijacked. I wonder
how many people don't know about Media Player 9 !! JSM.
