- Mystery start up of A drive
- Posted by not hereplease@not here.com on October 2nd, 2003
I was using my H P Pavilion 8635 when suddenly the A drive started just like
it does when the P.C boots.
Was this an attack on my P.C or just one of those mysteries when something
happens for no reason.

Are you running antivirus?
Did you previously have a floppy in the system and were working with
data from it?
Just two possible reasons.
It's unlikely that an attack would target your A drive.

I was just using the P.C as normal when the A Drive started as it does at
start up.
