I am at a loss with my printer, tried everything I can think of, even down
loading and starting afresh, BUT still get the same problems.
A) An error always comes in in Spanish, but the main menue Ect. is in
English?
How do I change this to English?.
B) Every so often the printer goes mad and will only print half a document
then, spits out loads of blank paper before it finally prints the end of the
document.
OR will print X amount of pages with just, from 3/4 lines to half a page
of mumble jumble all in black ink only, when this happens I usually clear
the problem by taking out the paper so an error report will come up and I
can cancell whatever it is I was going to print and start over again. This
does not happen every time I use the printer, it seems to be just when the
printer feels like a "bad print day". But I"m sure you can imagian how
frustrating this can be, not to mention the wasted ink and paper I have.
