reduced speed .... you must add a High Speed USB Host Controller to this
computer

I have checked and the two ports I have are

INTEL (R) 82801CA/CAM USB UNIVERSAL HOST CONTROLLER 2487

Will I need to get a card or can I download a fix.

Didn't you get a driver CD with your mobo?
