- need a socks server that has a login!!?

I'm looking for a socks5 proxy server. It has to work with win2k (the
machine that'll be running the program). And it needs to have
authentication. I have a working one now only it doesn't have
authentication, so it's not very safe to leave running w/o the login
requirement.
Anyone know of a socks5 that has login and password capabilities?
