I just downloaded netscape and was wondering if there is any bugs I should
be aware of and will I still be able to use Outlook Express if I uninstall
Internet Explore.

I have not run into any bugs with netscape7 or mozilla
if you remove IE you can still use OE
but you may want to give Thunderbird a try

I don't believe Netscape is being developed any more.
You can get further help/info at a Netscape and Mozilla news group. 
You can use 10 different browsers, if you'd like.

You can have as many email clientsd as yopu wish. Try Mozilla Thunderbird.
Highly recommended.

Netscape has its own mail program similar to Outlook Express. I don't know
what version you are using but it seems to work very much like IE.
