- Newsgroup Attachments and Service Pack 2.

I have Service Pack 2 now. I've noticed while viewing a Non-Binaries
newsgroups that some messages have attachements,
and that when I receive the newsgroup message on my Outlook Express 6, that
the save option for that attachment is greyd
out. But I tried viewing alt.binaries.pictures.astro, and the attachments
were viewable and save-able.
Now, I'd never download an attachment that I'm not sure about but, is this
my Service Pack 2 protectiing me from a virus
attachment in the newsgroups

Open outlook go 2 tools options then the security folder and uncheck block
attachments Patrick.
