- No pic Netscape OE

I've been trying to insert (not attachments) some pictures in an email and
then send to a friend, but when they recieve there is nothing (sent the same
email to several others with no problems). They are using Netscape and OE.
Is this an HTML\plain text issue or a setting they don't have right? I'm
using OE5 and IE6.

The email arrives but there are no pictures inserted in the area where you
would type message as in the original one I sent.
