no restart
Posted by howie on February 14th, 2004

Back in dec.23 03 I asked for help as my rig would not restart. A lot
of you tried to help and I appreciate all who did. I contacted MSI and
they said it sounded like power supply problem. Puter worked fine in
all ways but restart but decided to try their suggestion. Lo and
behold they were right, it was the problem . Thanks to all and perhaps
this may help someone else.

Although I wasn't one of the posters to reply to your December post, I for
one appreciate you taking the time out to inform this group that you had got
it sorted and how you got it sorted. A lot of posters get help to solve
their problem and that's the last you hear from them.
Best of luck to you howie.

I want to echo what Bareill said. Far too often we get people in here who
ask a question and never let us know if we resolved their problem or not.
Then we have the occasional person who asks for a personal e-mail reply
instead of keeping things public so everyone benefits. Thanks much howie
for taking the time to post back with all the relevant information so
someone else can benefit from it. Wish everyone had the same courtesy.
