- Norton Antivirus 2005 "unable to scan file because the disk is full"? Do you want to continue
- Posted by John Breckenridge on August 27th, 2005
I started getting this message when I tried to run it today. In the
past if ran fine.
My "C" drive has 780MB of free space, and my "E" drive has about 6.3GB
free. So it would seem to me that it has plenty of room to create all
the files it needs to do the check.
Any of you all ever encountered this message? Who knows how to make
NAV stop saying that and work properly?

Yes, 780 meg of free space on C: is not enough. Free up space or get a
larger HDD.
