In OE, background music and pictures get lost when sent

In OE I can have background music playing in my email. But when I send the email, recipients don't hear the music. Sometimes they also do not see the picture I include. in place of the pics, there are little boxes with an x inside. Can anyone explain these mysteries?

Good.

Stop sending pointless *bloated* attachments. You'll keep your friends
that way.

When using stationary, if you use Outlook Express try "Message>>>New
Using>>>Select Stationary"

Thanks for the straight answer BooBoo.
It's beyond me why others take the time and trouble to respond with the immature, snide remarks that you see in the other replies to my query.

Just what drives guys like you to take the trouble to reply with infantile comments to reasonable questions?

The fact that you, with little or no knowledge of the purpose of my efforts, called my email pointless, and bloated, reveals more about you as a person, than the email you denigrated.

your message are a few of the worst that we see here. With nothing better to
do they spend much of their dead time on here either actually helping others
problems with their PC's or knocking them down. It's a shame but like I said
you'll have to get used to it. There is always someone that will help
though, you just have to try and ignore the little ones. Or you could block
them putting them in your 'Blocked Senders List' like so...

They do have a point as many email users are on pay as you go, or can't read
HTML messages, what you want to send out is pointlessly bloated. What, you
didn't think that putting sounds, back ground images & extra images
needlessly increased the size of your emails greatly.....

Sorry but they do, not by fractions but by multiples of 100%.

Remember not everyone is on broadband & some unlucky people even have to pay
as they go or even pay per byte downloaded...

person, than the email you denigrated.

Huh? YOU did that - including sounds and background pictures add to
the total information how? But it adds to the message size, you betcha.

So you tell us it's bloated. And if all you can do is include music
and pictures, that tells us it's pointless (from past experience.)

Why not just send a letter? Or make a telephone call?

Just to add to this, I often read my emails on a Pocket PC via a
