- OE denies access to attachments

Hi: I have started to receive job postings from a company(which I need
desparately).Why does OE deny me access to the attachments? Very
frustrating. And is there something I can do to eliminate this.

In Outlook Express go to Tools, Options, Security tab, Uncheck the box
called "Do not allow attachments to be saved or....."
