- OE removing attachment

I have 2 identities on my outlook express 6 (on different identities) and
whenever one ID receives an attachment (.doc .xls for example) without fail
I get the message
"OE removed access to the following unsafe attachment"
It only occurs on one identity and not the other. I know the attachment is
perfectly OK. Its still shows the paperclip, but it cannot be opened
WinXP pro
Any ideas why?

Tools / Options / Security.
Uncheck 'Do not allow attachments to be saved...'
