- Outlook Express Mail

I am unable to collect my mail again from outlook express. I keep getting
timed out from pop3 server, and the following error message appears.
A time-out occurred while communicating with the server. Account:
'pop.virgin.net', Server: 'mail.virgin.net', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110,
Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800CCC19
