Hello:
A bit embarrased to ask this, but I literally give up.
Using OE 5, W98, and Netscape.
Received an e-mail Attachment with with a folder containing about 20
pictures in it.
Came thru just fine, and OE even opens them up when I click on the
Attachment icon into a viewer, which surprised me.
Didn't realize they had a photo viewer in OE.
But, I want to use a different photo viewer, do some editing, etc.
I just can't find where they are stored on my PC.
Did various searches with the pix name (e.g., DSCN 0108.jpg), the folder
name that they all came thru
in as the Attachment, etc.
Nothing comes up via FIND.
Really stumped.
Where does OE file (hide) them ?
Much thanks,
Bob

They are stored in the dbx file that you saved the email in within OE!
(Probably Inbox.dbx) There are two ways to get at them. Open the email,
and save the attachments to a folder on your HDD. Or, use a program
called DBExtract.
(If you received the email in OE, why mention Netscape?)
