Outlook read problem
Posted by James Doyle on December 6th, 2003

Hi,

I have just formatted and installed Windows and Office XP back onto my
system.

My problem is that some emails which would appear as like web-pages with
icons, graphics and links now only appear as text. I am uncertain as to
which settings I need to alter to be able to view them as before.

Any help is appreciated,

Thanks

James

Oh come on, hardly anyone who asks a question even bothers to check any of the
options on the toolbar first.
It's not written in martian, so isn't that hard to work out.
