Dear Noble Recorder:
Before long the P.N.S.A. will be upon us and there are arrangements that
have to be made well in advance. I am the one who will be responsible for
the Past Potentates dinner and with this in mind there are a few things I
would ask of you in order for me to get arrangements in hand as early as
possible.
My questions would be:
#1.....How many Potentates from your Temple plan to attend.?
#2.....How many will be bringing their Ladies.?
#3.....What date do you plan to arrive keeping in mind the dinner will be on
Thursday 27th.?
If possible I would like to receive your answers at your earliest
convenience as you are all aware we don't want any disappointments or
surprises.
I would appreciate your replies sent to me rather than the Shrine Centre.
There will be more info forthcoming as we get closer to the Ceremonial but
the above info is required
early to get the ball in motion. Thanks for your attention to this request,
