Quick question folks.

This is a pretty generic question as I'm sure others have had the
same/similar issue.

Why is it that around 5% of all DivX/XviD encoded media play fine directly
on my PC but not on my TV? Could it be the image dimensions?

TV: PAL/NTSC and frame rate doesn't seem to effect media.
