I've looked and looked and tried a few. Without exception, even the
online pdf to html converters, just extract the text. Is there a
decent converter out there that pulls the pictures as well, properly?
The end document itself doesn't need to look pretty, it just needs to
have all the components. However, anything over 5 megs in size would
be way too.

Anyone know of anything?
