Job Description:
Primary focus is building up the helpdesk support function. Ideally,
we'd like to see candidates with 3-5 years PeopleSoft experience from
a
predominantly functional perspective. We won't have this person coding
interfaces or anything. The most technical work they'd be doing would
probably involve queries and reports. not programming. What would be
great is someone with a Big 5 consulting background. very comfortable
dealing
with users for training and support.

Requirements:
5+years experience with Peoplesoft Financials 8.8 modules-Gl, AP, AR,
BI
3+years experience using PS query, Crystal Reports, and nVision
Advanced understanding of financial accounting principles, Proficient
in the configuration of the assigned Peoplesoft Modules, Knowledge of
Multicurrency, Multibook, Translation, and Global Consolidations
required

Responsibilities:
Provide functional helpdesk support and guidance to end users for
operational questions
Create detailed procedural documentation and deliver training to end
users
Work closely with technical support staff to resolve production issues
Assist Peoplesoft Financials team with implementations, upgrades,
testing,
and special projects
Develop custom reports (Queries, Crystal Reports, nVision)
