- Performing timed operations under WinXP

How can I perform a timed operation under WinXP Home edition? I want
to schedule a timed backup every other day at (say) 10PM.
TIA

But, what?
You set up a batch/command file , script of some containing the
instructions you want to run.
Then add a task to the schedule pointing to the script.
Win XP Pro (don't know XP home) will ask , Now or Later , Set Schedule
with other options - Schedule Task - Daily Week, Month , Once and a few
other choices. Advanced has Start / End date and options to Repeat at
Every / Until .
That must be explained in the help you were pointed at?
Windows backup? Maybe something else that already has a schedule built
in?
