I am running Win98 SE & have run into a real problem.

For some unknown reason I can no longer create any new folders.

When I run Windows Explorer,click-on "File" the "New" option is no longer
there!
I can't even create anything *new* via a right-click on Desktop.

I would really appreciate ANY advice.
