Pocket PC & VX8300 Dial via Bluetooth
Posted by udz2002 on December 16th, 2006

I have a Pocket PC with Windows Mobile 2005. WM2005 allows me to dial a
number via Bluetooth. When I choose this option it sends the number to
my phone as a data call. The PPC says "Dialing phone number...). The
VX8300 says DATA CALL and then the number and has the RX TX meters, but
no sound. I tried dialing a friend's number, so I know the call goes
through. I am just curious if there is a way to send the number to my
phone so that I can talk to the person. I am assuming that is the
intention of this feature.

You might try www.Howardforums.com and/or alt.cellular.verizon.
