Preferred data backup method?

Any recommendations for a data backup device? In a search, found the
Iomega REV Drive. It seems perfect. It can hold three times the data I
have (10 gig) uncompressed.

I use an older slower HD slaved with the XP backup utility weekly the entire
c: drive.
