Greetings,

I am trying to install the program "Quick view plus" ver 7, in the middle of
the installation I receive the following message:
"Install shield engine has encountered a problem and needs to close" and of
course the program is not installed.

I have reinstalled the iKernel engine but that didn't solve the problem and
when I am prompted to debug the problem, it point to "unhandled win32
exception has occured in OID2D016._JP.

I am using Windows XP pro.

Any clue what might be wrong?
