Problems with dial-up

Sorry but still having problems with dial-up. Checked in the Services
"telephony"
"plug and play" are Started, but Remote Access Auto connection Manager is
Stopped
when I click on Start I get this message"could not start the Rem.Acc.Au.
conn.Manag."
Error:1068 The dependency service or group failed to start. Again when I try
do the same
with Remote Access connection Manager I get this message: Could not start
theRemote Access Connection Manager services on local Computer, Error 5
:access is denied.
Any suggestion how to solve this problem, Thanks Fred J
