- problems with ftp uploading

Hello all,
Hope I'm in the right place for this question...if not, please guide me to
the right place...
I have web space via bluehost, and have a website that I was able to access
via ftp last year...set it up, no problem...
Tried to access via ftp about two months ago and I can't do it...all I get
is "500 Connection timed out (Winsock error #10060)" when I use ftp
commander to access....and "Error: Connection timed out Error: Could not
connect to server" when I use Filezilla to access....
Bluehost says that they can access from their end....Norton Antivirus said
that it wasn't something on their end....(I lowered my internet security and
antivurus settings, seeing if that was a problem...)...
Any ideas anyone?

It was a free version of both...I downloaded the Filezilla when the FTP
Commander wasn't working....didn't work either...expiration wasn't an
issue...

I'm still using the freebee here, Brian. So far so good. I have
Filezilla around here. Don't it have TWO programs working together?
