Can anyone help me use the 'Kill File' feature? It is not in the
owner's manual. I looked for it in the online Help. I followed the
suggestions there and it does not work.
Example: I want to block news coming from 'Cherry'.
Options --> News Options --> Properties . . . --> Edit Kill Files .
. . --> New -->
This shows 'Add New Killfile' window with the current newsgroup
filled in where it says Newsgroup Name.
OK --> Procomm Plus Editor -->
I then type in: 'Cherry :F' which is the suggest format for a name.
File --> Save; File --> Exit --> Refresh --> Close
It doesn't work!
Please help.
Goodwill,
Luke

This article says that killfiles are case sensitive.

You might also have a spurious [SPACE] in there;
the article example does not have a space after
the name and before ':F' . Try it without the space.
