Try going to Help and Support, then System Restore. Set your Restore
Point to a date before the problem started. You can go back a month or so if
needed. Use the left arrow above the calendar and hilight a date.

cant get thru to help and support and its driving me nuts, i used system
restore to the furthest point that i could, kids must have messed it up long
ago, guess im gonna have to mess up the kids !!!!
