re: clearing system tray

I am trying to clear the system tray on a computer. I used ctr-alt-del to
clear everything but there is something still there. I am trying to run
scandisk and I am sure this is preventing me. Could someone please tell me
if there is any other way to clear the system tray by the clock in the left
corner.

Thank you
Jeff

Unzip it onto your Desktop to keep it handy for when you need everything
closed for shut down, also. This is a great little program for my OS,
98se. You didn't say what you are running.

I find it impossible to be wrong 100% of the time. That would require a
consistence greater than I could ever achieve.
