for some odd reason

I vaguely recall that somehow.
Even after the 60's were over...I kept having hallucinations...
but eventually I found out that I was only *imagining* I was having them!

<snip>
I am starting to recall now.
Back in 1967 I made a long distance phone call from a pay phone.
After I ran out of quarters...somewhere around $2.00...
when the operator asked me to deposit the next quarter...I told her
I was out of money...
She let me complete the call...then at the end ...she told me that I
now owed $1.25 and when I got it...I was supposed to dial 0
and ask for operator #9 and then I could pay-up.
I settled-up the next day i think...
Oh those were the days my friend...
I though they'd never end
