Either processor is a bit slow (should be okay as long as you are not
running stupid number of systray software) or video card is having problems.
check the latest drivers from SiS.

I already have the latest drivers for Sis card. The running processes
running are also minimal.
I surfed net for possible solutions to my problem. One of the
possibility is that reducing the hardware acceleratiion a notch in WMP
options may rectify the problem. Will try that today.
