I have the same problem with Windows 2000. I really want the old driver
functionality back. Anyone know of a solution, or where I can download
the older drivers to see if they work with W2K? Thanks.

Have you two checked HP's website at www.hp.com?

I did go to the link and the file it downloads is at:

ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/printers/software/lj295en.exe

Thus, it's HP.com's FTP site, and some of the links you gave in your previous
post are dead links to other files on the HP.com server. But the link above
works, so I'll give it a try. Thanks!

I just checked the last link I gave you and you appear to be right (deadend)
However went back and noticed the link on the button was different to the
link on the wording (Free 310k download) just below the button, so press
that (wording), this appears to be doing nothing but then the download
window popped-up.

*So* click where it says 'Free 310k dopwnload' *below* the button and wait 5
seconds.
