Hello JimGC,
Open Internet Explorer and click on Tools / Internet Options. On the programs
tab, look at the default email program that is listed. Whatever is there,
click the down arrow and change it to something other then Outlook Express.
Hit the "Apply" button. Then change it to Outlook Express and hit the "Apply"
button again. Now go try what you were trying to do.
