I am trying to set up additional identities in outlook express. They send
mail O.K., but will not receive mail. I set the identities up per outlook
express instructions.
I asked for help from Microsoft and was referred to the computer seller, who
referred me to the internet provider, who referred me back to to
microsoft........and so......
What did I do wrong ?? Any suggestions appreciated.

your onlymistake was asking microsoft!!
