- reinstalled windows, now there's no monitor display
- Posted by Kohlrabi on November 3rd, 2003
I did something really dumb -
I re-formatted my hard drive, and re-installed windows,
but did not re-install the drivers and software for
the graphics card (nvidia). Then I turned it off. Now
I have no display.
Is there any remedy, other than taking two alkaselzters
and turning myself in to the dumbth police?
Thanks,
Tracy

Try starting in safe mode. It will revert to the most basic disply
preferences, then you can install your vid driver.
