- removing Netmeeting & Moviemaker?

I just reinstalled XP and I have Netmeeting and MovieMaker which I didn't
have before. They do not appear in Add/Remove Programs, is there an
unspoken way to safely remove these?

fix it, other wise, you just might shoot yourself in your own foot and
nothing works anymore.
