- repost: XP Shut down/Log off folder?

Reposed due to no-one answering 6 weeks ago
Using XP Home
I am aware of the folder "C:\Documents and Settings\*user*\Start
Menu\Programs\Startup\" for items I want to run at startup.
Is there an equivilant folder for things I want to run when I close down or
log off? I would like to run a small registry tweek as I log off/shut down!
(yes I do want to hide some dodgy things from other users!)
Is there a facility within XP that will let me do this or is there some 3rd
party software I will need to get?
Any suggestions anyone?
TIA
Chris
