I had IE 6 on my old computer with no problems, that was 18 months ago,
however on my new computer when online pages don't scroll, I would describe
it more as cascading or layering. This is not a problem on other programs
and is driving me insane. Sorry if this has been asked and answered before
but any help would be GREATLY appreciated!!
