setting up modem on usb

i currently have my motorola modem set up with the rj45 cable connaction. i
am interested in using the usb side. please could someone instruct me

the cable into the modem, plug the other into a free USB port. Windoze
should then recognize the device and ask for the location of modem
drivers. Follow the setup instructions as per installing any other
device.
